💕Can I edit my order after it’s been placed?
We encourage all customers to double-check their order before checkout. If you have any questions before placing your order, text us at 443-929-9017 and we’ll be happy to assist.
💕Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
RawBestieBundles is not responsible for chargebacks or payment disputes related to shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered incorrectly by the shipping carrier. Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. RawBestieBundles is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
If you experience an issue with your shipment, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier when applicable. However, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any carrier investigation or claim.
By placing an order with RawBestieBundles, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, as well as all other store policies.
💕How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
Orders for in-stock (on-hand) hair are typically delivered within 2–5 business days, as we ship orders daily to get your bundles to you as quickly as possible.
If you’re located in the Philadelphia area, local pickup and drop-off options are available. Please text or email us before placing your order to make arrangements.
If your desired hair is not currently in stock, please allow 5–10 business days for processing and delivery, as your order will be sourced and prepared before shipment.
Please note that business days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed during promotional sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume may experience additional processing time.
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, RawBestieBundles is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
